We will accept enrollment applications for the
School Year 2025 - 2026 for students in
TK - 6th grade starting
April 1, 2025. Please verify your residential school by checking
Resident School Identifier website
here.
- For RESIDENT STUDENTS, you may submit an online pre-enrollment application at https://enroll.lausd.net/. Current proof of residence is required.
- For NON-RESIDENT STUDENTS, you may submit their name to the "Interest List" to attend 156th Street Elementary School on a permit (S.T.E.A.M, sibling, or work parent) after April 1, 2025. If there is space available in the grade level before the start of school (August 12th), students will be selected randomly off the interest list for possible enrollment. - Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK) includes students who:
- are turning four years old between June and September 2025.
- already turned 4 between Septemeber 2024 and May 2025.
- Kindergarten is for students who will turn five years old on or before September 1st. NO EXCEPTIONS.
